Mr.Majestyk is one of my favorite films.Bronson plays a Mellon Farmer.The scene near the beginning where their is Crew on his farm that he didnt want is excellent.The snotty Business guy pulls a shotgun on Bronson and he lives to regret it, Bronson grabs the gun and hits him in the nuts with the guns butt and then blows the large speaker into bits.Pure class
I LOVED MR. MAJESTYK, MY FAVORITE PART WAS RIGHT AFTER THE BAD GUYS SHOT UP CHARLIE'S MELONS AND CHARLIE JUST STOOD THERE FOR A MINUTE THEN THE CAMERA SHOWED A CLOSE UP OF HIS HANDS AND ALL OF A SUDDEN HE BALLED UP HIS FISTS, I KNEW FROM THAT MOMENT ON THE BAD GUYS WERE GOING TO PAY A HEAVY PRICE FOR MESSING WITH BRONSON!!
Of course I love the movie for the coolness of the character Bronson plays, and the new look he takes on the vigilante routine or peacemaker he played in different ways so many times (rather than a death wish, I see a mr. right wish here).
And of course I love the action of this movie, and the determination of mr. Majestyk, and his coolness in times of troubles.
But I also like this movie for mr. Majestyc having a past to justify his abbility to overkill at the nick of time, because he was supposed to have been serving in the army, which is coherent. In comparison, in Death wish he was a peaceful architect, and so, coherently, he felt sick when he met his first blood, what doesn´t happen like that in mr. Majestyc.
And I also like this movie for the coherent development of his personal interest for the people around him and his good feelings for the good people, specially the woman he´s meeting here, and the coolness this good people show too in the hard times. Very human.
